    The Working Apron Class gives you all the skills you need to create your own cute, sturdy and functional apron! The sweet trim on the pocket is not only a charming detail, but will give you more skills to add to your sewing knowledge repertoire. The crossed straps featured on the back make this a versatile and forgiving garment that will suit everyone!

    In this class you will learn to:

    • Draft a pattern to make an apron
    • Make straps and sew patch pockets
    • Apply decorative details, such as trimming
    • Sew a properly fitted facing

    $150. All materials (fabric, notions, and pattern) are included.

    This beginner garment sewing class is a 3.5 hour class session.

    Instructor: Melissa

    No sewing experience necessary.

     

    Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations or changes must be made be made five days prior to your first class. We will issue a store credit, so you can take another class, or purchase materials to make your next project.

     

    *Please note that classes are held in our basement classroom which unfortunately may be inaccessible to those with mobility needs. Call ahead to inquire if special arrangements can be made.*
