Rosa 1954 Pullover

This pullover, simple in construction and easy to wear, is touched by the magic of 1950s roses. It was inspired by a gorgeous skirt my grandmother used to wear while I was growing up. The vibrant and dramatic colours of those roses inspired the cross stitched roses on the body and sleeve of this sweater. - Claudia Q

Notions
9 stitch markers (1 of a different colour to mark BOR), waste yarn or stitch holders, tapestry needle, chenille needle for embroidery, Laine St. Pierre embroidery wool - approx 10 yds of A - Pale Pink 570, 15 yds of B - Pink 596, 10 yds C - Medium Rose 506, 10 yds D - Dark Rose 536, 15 yds of E - Red 534. Appleton embroidery wool is a good substitution with colours of your choice.
