If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit or an equivalent exchange item. Please note that the returned items must be in unused and unopened condition and must be mailed within 14 days of purchase. We are only able to accept returns of unwound yarn. We are sorry but we cannot accept fabric items (including cut fabric), notions, kits, scissors, patterns, books, bags, needles and items on sale or purchased using discount codes for a refund / exchange.
We are sorry but we also cannot cancel pre-orders or orders that have been fulfilled and are ready to be picked up.
