This week, we're featuring Alegria - which means happiness!This yarn is hand dyed in Fair Trade co-operatives, and the bright colours have brought us so much joy this week. It's so soft to the touch, and the beautiful bright colours are stunning!

More Weaving Yarns in Stock
We have replenished our stock of weaving yarns, many of which come from Brassard. We carry a wide selection of colours in 2/8 Cotton, 2/8 Bamboo, and 2/8 Cottolin, which is a Cotton/Linen blend. We also have a new product being unpacked, called Blue Mountain Wool. This 2/8 Wool comes in 1/2lb tubes, and contains 1050 yards per tube. In this shipment we received so many new colours - we're busy photographing them to be put online, but if you'd like to stock up, you can come and see them in store!

Baa Ram Ewe yarns arrived in the store this week! Baa Ram Ewe harkens back to a bygone era in Yorkshire Wool production. Working with local breeds of sheep and creating blends that showcase the qualities of Bluefaced Leicester, Masham and Wensleydale, Baa Ram Ewe have created something truly special. With this history in mind, we couldn't wait to get started so we decided to test Dovestone for the Pebble Beach Shawl by Helen Stewart on Ravelry.
